Clients may cancel or reschedule consultations with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, consultant illness, or emergencies. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Consultation Fees

Consultation fees will be communicated clearly before booking. Prices may vary based on the type and duration of consultation required.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

4.3 Refunds

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Ensure safe access to the property for site consultations

6. Advice and Recommendations

Clients are responsible for implementing our recommendations correctly. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect implementation, failure to follow advice, or use of inappropriate materials or techniques.
